About me

Hi, I’m Gissella

Graduate in Business Administration from Universidad Ricardo Palma, with 25 years of experience strengthening the management of companies and projects. I started in the public sector, at Peru’s Central Reserve Bank, SUNAT (the national tax authority) and the Judiciary, and grew through large engineering and mining projects with companies such as AMEC, Jacobs and Ausenco.

Today I work as an independent business administration consultant. My approach is simple: organize, measure and improve. I integrate quickly into teams, work methodically and leave behind tools your company keeps using after I finish.

Services

Do any of these problems sound familiar?

Here is what I solve, starting with my specialty.

“Every area does things its own way, and everything depends on who’s on shift.”

Processes that work without depending on any one person

Organization and Methods (O&M) · My specialty

Together with your team, we define who does what, how it’s done, with which documents and which approvals. Your team works in alignment, new staff get up to speed quickly and you stop putting out fires.

Org charts and flowcharts Organization & Functions Manual and job profiles PIF: procedures, work instructions and forms Internal policies Communication, access and approval matrices

“My data is spread across a thousand files and I can’t find what I need.”

Organized data with automated key information

I gather, clean and standardize information from all your areas into a single database, with standard formats and automatic updates so your team can validate it.

“I wait days for a report, or I decide blindly.”

Management dashboards for data-driven decisions

Dashboards with your KPIs and OKRs, automated. In one minute you see how your business is doing and where to act, boosting processes and performance levels.

“Nobody can find the latest version of the document.”

Current documents, organized and always at hand

Document coding, version control, review and approval workflows, validity dates, and physical and digital filing. You find everything and always work with the right version, with full traceability of every change.

“The project is behind schedule and over budget.”

Schedules and costs under control

I set up cost centers, schedule activities and deliverables, and fix the baseline. That way you control the budget, actuals and remaining balance of each area or project, and correct course in time, not at the end.

“We’re growing, but without a clear direction.”

A strategic plan that turns into action

Mission, vision, assessment and objectives with OKRs and indicators, translated into a schedule with owners for each area. Everyone knows where they’re headed.

“Inventory never matches the system.”

Accurate inventories and organized warehouses

Blind or visible-balance inventory counts, ABC classification, turnover, shrinkage reduction and storage-location optimization, coordinating with your logistics providers.

“I don’t know how much shortages, damage, rejections, returns and delays are costing me.”

Incidents valued and under control

I log every distribution incident with its cost and owner, and follow it through to closure. You know how much you lose, where, why, and how to prevent it.

“A contract expired and nobody checked the guarantee.”

Procurement and contracts you can rely on

From quotes and bid comparisons to the order, the contract and its close-out: progress valuations, amendments, guarantees, compliance and penalties under control.

My method

I support you through the entire management cycle
